1. Acceptance of Terms

ph cash app reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately closed and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
3. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ph cash app. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and will result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ph cash app will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your password.
- Notify ph cash app immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Never share your credentials with any third party.
- Use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
ph cash app may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or in response to suspicious account activity. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions.
4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
As a registered user of ph cash app, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
- Attempting to manipulate games, exploit software bugs, or use automated bots or scripts.
- Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing or any form of cheating.
- Opening accounts using false identity information or impersonating another person.

- Interfering with the platform's technical infrastructure or attempting unauthorized access.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities in the Philippines.
5. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on ph cash app are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed on the Withdrawal page at the time of the transaction.
- Deposits are credited to your account once confirmed by the payment provider.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified on the Withdrawal page, subject to verification requirements.
- ph cash app is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
- Any transaction fees imposed by payment processors are the responsibility of the user unless otherwise stated.
- Funds deposited into your account must be used for gaming purposes and cannot be held purely as a savings vehicle.
ph cash app complies with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA) regulations in the Philippines. We may request supporting documentation for large transactions or unusual account activity.
6. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
ph cash app provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph cash app shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of winnings, profits, data, or business resulting from technical failures or interruptions.
- Errors in game results caused by software malfunction, provided prompt corrective action is taken.
- Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.
- Actions taken by third-party payment providers or network service disruptions.
All content on ph cash app — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph cash app or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law
ph cash app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity, attempted cheating, or collusion.
- Failure to complete required identity verification.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).
- Receipt of a court order or regulatory directive.
Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal after deducting applicable fees or any amounts owed to ph cash app, subject to completion of identity verification.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from the use of ph cash app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines.
